Return Policy

Wacko / Soap Plant does NOT accept returns or exchange except for the following situations:
  1. An item of clothing your ordered doesn’t fit.
  2. The item that you ordered arrived damaged, defective, or is incorrect.

If this is the case:

WHAT YOU DO:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package. You can call us at: 1.323.663.0122 during business hours, or email us at returns@soapplant.com.

Give us the following information:

  • Your name
  • The name of the person who placed the order (if it wasn’t you)
  • Your order number
  • The item that you’re calling about (and its item number, if you have it) and what’s wrong with it
  • An email address where we can contact you.
WHAT WE DO:

After we get your  information, we will:

  • Issue you a Return Authorization number
  • Email you a form to print out, fill out, and include with your return.
  • Email you a return label if the item is defective or incorrect. (If you are exchanging something, the shipping costs are your responsibility.)
WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS:

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. (Please note: If the item arrived in a damaged shipping box, please keep the box. We’ll want to make a claim with the shipping company, and they may want to see the box.)
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING AN ITEM OF CLOTHING:

Tell us what you want in exchange. Be sure to include color and/or size, if applicable. (You can exchange your item for anything in the store.)

  • If the item is less expensive, we will put the difference on a Wacko Gift Card.
  •  If the item is more expensive, we will charge the difference to your credit card.
  • Return shipping costs will also be charged to your card.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
  •  You must contact us BEFORE shipping items back to us. Items returned that don’t include a Return Authorization Number or a return form will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • In the event that all of your items are not in stock, partial shipment will be made.
  • All clothing being returned must be unworn and unwashed and in original condition.
  • We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving your package, or we will not accept returns.
  • Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
  • All returns/exchanges must be resolved within 1 month of your order.
